TASTING NOTES
Nose: Opens with chalky minerals and barbeque smoke, quickly followed by Limoncello zest and white pepper. Maritime brine and seawater notes dominate the mid-notes, with hints of tar and wet metal lurking in the base.
Palate: Full-bodied and viscous with excellent alcohol integration, leading with the bitterness of peat and seawater. Flavors of seaweed, honey, and menthol pastilles develop, supported by a metallic tinge and sharp white pepper.
Finish: Medium to long with lingering white pepper and sugar syrup sweetness. Briny umami and fresh oysters define the evolution, leaving a creamy vanilla and ash impression.
