TASTING NOTES
Nose: Pungent peat smoke and sea salt are met with the "hogo" funk of overripe tropical fruits. Aromas of lime zest and medicinal iodine create a complex, powerful profile.
Palate: Oily and intense, the palate features a sweet entry of pineapple and caramel before the wave of ash and black pepper hits. The rum finish adds spicy molasses to the smoke.
Finish: Long and resonant, finishing with a lingering ashy dryness and a touch of sweet, fruity ester. A bold and experimental Islay expression with a unique character.
