TASTING NOTES
Nose: Heavy peat smoke is enveloped in sweet aromas of dates, figs, and creamy caramel. A touch of maritime salt and medicinal iodine remains present in the background.
Palate: The mouthfeel is exceptionally creamy and full, delivering a rich blend of sweet sherry, vanilla, and intense bonfire smoke. Flavors of salted caramel and peppered oak dominate.
Finish: Long and indulgent, with the sweetness of the cream sherry lingering alongside a dry, smoky residue. A decadently peated Islay dram that leaves a rich, ashy impression.
